Larry Claussen is a dedicated Reiki Master-Teacher with over a decade of experience in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing. His journey into Reiki began in June 2013, when his wife Valerie introduced him to this transformative practice — and what started as personal curiosity quickly became a profound calling.

In 2025, Larry completed advanced training in the Holy Fire® III Reiki system as taught by the International Center for Reiki Training. This experience deepened his knowledge and expanded his appreciation for Reiki’s potential to support healing not only on an individual level, but globally. With this new chapter, Larry is now bringing Reiki to the broader community through Reiki 10 — sharing the same transformative energy that changed his life with anyone who feels called to receive it.

Valerie has been the heart of this Reiki journey from the very beginning. Having completed Reiki Levels I and II while living in Arizona, she experienced firsthand the profound emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits of the practice. It was her passion for healing that inspired Larry to explore Reiki — making her not just a partner in life, but the spark that lit their shared path.

Through the years, Valerie used Reiki to support their three children through life’s challenges — bringing calm during stressful times and gentle presence when it was needed most. Her instinct to nurture, heal, and hold space has always been central to who she is.

Now, Valerie is excited to step fully into her role as a teacher and guide. She is actively pursuing advanced training in the Holy Fire® III system, working toward certification as both a Reiki Holy Fire® III Master-Teacher and a Karuna Reiki® Holy Fire® III Master. Each step deepens her capacity to support others — and her joy in doing so.
